It appears the wings and the fuselage flex because of the landing so I'm saying he just flew it into the ground, pilot error from this video.

Plane came down hard with no flare IMO. The hard descent to the runway looked like pilot error to me. Could be bad winds (for example sudden gust from behind when expecting headwind) that contributed to the sudden loss of altitude.

Would be interesting to see WHERE on the runway they touched down. Looks like an overshoot ‘get down fast’ scenario.

why would a pilot of a plane fixing to take off take videos with his phone of another plane landing? you would think he would be busy doing other things.

I disagree. It looked like an exceptionally hard touchdown perhaps off the runway as well.
