I believe you are right and he seems to say "I lost that lady" not "lost that line". The interviewer responds with "That's good, we can talk you and I on that".

Telemundo ALLOWED Biden to use a teleprompter. THAT is the story, not that Biden is obviously senile. In a healthy society that would be the media scandal of the decade, but with The Democrats and dominant media culture now officially merged, nobody will even notice. The Cultural decadence is astounding. We are being GASLIT every day in a thousand different ways. It's almost time to start using the tools at our disposal to resolve this corruption.

That’s the point; there is no teleprompter. The video everyone has been circulating is a portion of the clip that starts just after the 9:00 minute mark. They’ve cut it to look like Biden is reading from a teleprompter on his side while answering a question from the main host. But clearly, he’s just talking to someone on a computer screen.
This is as fake as fake news comes, and we have an equal responsibility to call it out when our own side is duped by it as we do when the left does.
