Venezuela Court Packing Results

Venezuela was South America's Shining Star. Then came Chavez & Madura. My sister and her husband moved back to the states five years ago as the country crumbled.
When the conservatives won the Assembly (Congress) in 2015, the lame duck congress packed the court. They then ruled the Assembly illegal and the Judiciary took control along with Maduro.
Same thing is about to happen here. Thanks to John Roberts and the other POS judges. I have a picture in my mind of Amy Barret and Kavanaugh smiling ear to ear while Biden was being sworn in.
---
In 2015, opponents of President Nicolas Maduro (Chavez’s hand-picked successor) won a majority of congressional seats. But pro-Maduro members of the lame-duck congress rammed through thirteen (13) new Supreme Court justices who favored Maduro’s regime retaining power. That was in addition to the sixteen (16) pro-Maduro judges appointed just the year before.
This hyper-partisan fixing of the Court quickly devastated Venezuela’s constitutional structure. In 2017, the Supreme Court issued a shocking and dystopian ruling stripping the country’s national assembly of its powers, allowing the magistrates to assume legislative duties.
Court-packing also destroyed judicial independence. Research reports show that of the 45,000 rulings issued by Venezuela’s high court since 2004, the court never sided against Chavez’s government after it was packed. Not once.
Judicial independence and the impartiality of judges are cornerstones of a free society. But as the example of Venezuela shows, once courts are packed with activist judges to carry out the will of a political party, an independent judiciary and a constitutional republic are likely to wither shortly thereafter.

Packing court to outlaw guns and constitution is a dream of theirs . Could be why the lefts push in military to be more receptive to lefts ideals

I don’t think they pack the court.
Because even Biden’s team knows if they pack the court the court becomes invalid to half the Nation.
Much better to extort the court using video of Justices having sex with teenagers on Epstein’s island.
This court is only invalid to 33% of the Nation.
So the majority will live with it’s decisions.

Make no mistake, they will do it.
I don’t think most of you think the left doesn’t want a war. They do.
They are longing for the opportunity to kill everyone who opposes them

I don’t think the left wants a war.
They want to humiliate, and silence the right and make us unemployable but they don’t want a hot war.
The government can’t win a hot war. It won’t be close.
The U.S. has never won against an insurgency.
Heck, even as cruel and ruthless as Russia was they couldn’t beat an insurgency.
The goal of this war would be to become and remain ungovernable. The left doesn’t want this.
They want us silent and scared but not angry and feeling like we have nothing to lose.

This was a huge fear during April of 1865. Lee and Grant feared that the Civil War would go guerilla and never end. Also check out Aaron Burr. He recognized that who ever controls the Mississippi River controls the Country.

They would very much like a hot war. They could have everything from Martial Law to outright murdering of citizens. It would be a wet dream for them.
And please don’t make the mistake of thinking the military is our side. My kids are active. They are conservative Trump voters. If they are ordered to put down a group of armed citizens, they will open fire on those citizens.

And I will fire back. With us or, against us. Their choice.
I know what choice my boys will make.

JoeBama Turns His Eye of Chaos Toward The Supreme Court
April 9, 2021 | Sundance
Leftist ideologues from the Chicago school have a typical playbook they pull from. One of their strategies is to flood the zone of politics to create chaos that allows them to act under cover of the distracted nature of their plan. JoeBama turning his eye toward the Supreme Court while pushing COVID crisis, the Border crisis, promoting infrastructure and simultaneously advancing on the filibuster rule is classic Chicago, aka Alinsky.
The deployment of a commission to study reform in the Supreme Court, while simultaneously having a plan to install Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson (50) to replace Justice Stephen Bryer, now 82-years-old, is all part of that chaos approach. The existence of the commission -and the potential recommendation to pack the court with additional voices- has another benefit; it can be viewed by the existing court as a threat to retain the status quo…. or else. The leftists will use the commission to mold the courts decisions. Chicago is often subtle as a brick through a window.

Do you really think these Commie frauds who openly stole the Presidency and Senate care?

Court packing is such an openly political move, it would destroy the courts image. Roberts would just be a shmuck, not a high priest, or whatever he thinks he is.
So I think this commission is actually an effective way to apply pressure on Roberts, and get him to fall in line.
Roberts doesn’t want to ruin his image.

No they don't...well not yet. Once the military purge is complete, guns are confiscated, and they hold all the chambers of government. Then they'll declare war. Because, well it's already over, just off to the camps for the infidels.

Yet our board liberals voted for Biden. And they are so stupid that they don’t realize that once the ruling class has absolute power they will be treated the same as those they hate.

Actually worse. Once the revolution is over, they usually purge those that were good at rebelling. You don't want them turning those resources on you now.
