OSHA rules typically only supposed to affect employees at work but this one will affect them outside of work.
Seems like a slam dunk rebuttal.

I am against this mandate but that is nonsense and not true in any, shape, or form.

Still, OSHA does not have the authority to issue this mandate. At all.

Nor is it necessary to do so.
