The Court has no authority to interfere with policy determinations made within an executive agencies lawful parameters granted by Congress.
When that "policy determination" puts workers AT SEVERE RISK, then YES, the Court does have the authority to interfere. And, CLEARLY, forcing employees to get the jab put them at a severe risk -- at least as severe as Covid itself.

Then people can get the shot. And not be in severe danger. It will still spread even after everyone had 2948392 shots each.

Did Alito just drop common sense?
OSHA rules typically only supposed to affect employees at work but this one will affect them outside of work.
Seems like a slam dunk rebuttal.

She's also spouting lies as fact. She's spouting statistics that have been proven false. I don't like her and I don't even know her. Her voice is grating and annoying. It's like listening to a petulant 20 year old that thinks she has all the answers to the world, all of which have been tried and failed.

I hope he doubles down with "So should OSHA be held liable for adverse reactions"

Should be open and shut after hearing that.

I am against this mandate but that is nonsense and not true in any, shape, or form.
Still, OSHA does not have the authority to issue this mandate. At all.
Nor is it necessary to do so.

It's like everyone forgot about that.
