I actually don't disagree with Soto here. The mask requirement is the only one in play in the next few days, though I obviously disagree with masks.

So grave that it’s been pushed back from being implemented.

My company shouldn’t know my personal health business…, period. I pay my insurance every paycheck, I show up on time, and I do my job well. They shouldn’t get or need to k ow if I’ve taken a shot.

I believe if you can work remotely you don’t have to take the shot, right?

Some companies give you the choice of vaxx or mask and test, but I’d assume working remotely you’re safe.

I’m fortunate enough to work 100% if need be but I’ll miss going into the office twice a week for the social aspect of it.

No surprise here... From the comments and questions by justices

For mandate:
- Kagan
- Sotomayor
- Breyer

Against mandate:
- Thomas
- Alito
- Gorsuch
- Roberts

On the fence:
- Kavanaugh
- Barret

but if they get the unvaxed only mandated to mask-up- it is a gateway to full mandate of vaxes.

Yeah, I don't think I agree with this. Kavabitch seems pro-mandate at this point. I don't even hear Barrett asking any questions.

This is what I expected except I thought Roberts would be for/on the fence.

Kav's questions lend towards against. I think Barret will also go with Kav.

I think Roberts is for, although his questions this go around give me a little hope.

Roberts writes the dissent arguing that a mandate is unconstitutional, but this one is not if they just call it a rule instead of a mandate.
