Unpopular opinion - get rid of all "demographic months"

I propose that we replace celebrating a different "demographic" each month with celebrating an ideal. Have a day or week dedicated to a subsection of that ideal and bring all races and demographics into play. This way, no one is limited to just a month or a few weeks
For example:
January - Leadership and Service
February - Medicine
March - World History
April - Food and Culinary Skill (Imagine a week dedicated to BBQ)
May - Cinema and Television
June - Family and Relationships
July - Government, Politics and America History
August - Science and Technology
September - Construction and Repair
October - Sports and Competition (all 4 major pro sports occur at the same time - the only month this is the case)
November - Exploration and Discovery
December - Economics, Advertising and Marketing
To make this work, it's a 24-month cycle that is determined 2 years in advance THEN VOTED ON BY NATIONAL ELECTION.
If we're going to highlight American Exceptionalism, then HIGHLIGHT AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM.
For example:
January - Leadership and Service
February - Medicine
March - World History
April - Food and Culinary Skill (Imagine a week dedicated to BBQ)
May - Cinema and Television
June - Family and Relationships
July - Government, Politics and America History
August - Science and Technology
September - Construction and Repair

November - Exploration and Discovery

To make this work, it's a 24-month cycle that is determined 2 years in advance THEN VOTED ON BY NATIONAL ELECTION.
