No, it isn’t. I support the second amendment as interpreted in Heller, but pretending that anything about it is absolute is folly. It simply and factually is not. There in fact exists a process to amend, repeal, or replace them.
Hell, our current (and preferred) interpretation of the 2nd is barely a decade old. How is that absolute?
