Ukraine is kind of in a similar spot the Germans was in during the Battle of the Bulge. They could use what they got left to launch a surprise offensive and try to turn the direction of the war or use what they have left to hold on defensively for as long as possible. Either way they are totally screwed if the war does not end soon. Very very soon.
