Go to twitter. See what's trending and literally click on any of it and it is a melt fest. Search Tory, Labour, Corbyn, Boris, #GE2019, etc.

#RIPNHS is quite entertaining as well.

I’m not gonna lie, I have no clue the difference between a Labour and a Torrie. I’m reading twitter and don’t know what people are melting about. But I’ll say this, when twitter melts as much as I have seen it melt tonight and when hashtags have as many tweets as they have had tonight I just assume that the results are positive.

Is there a red/blue map like here showing the districts?
Posted on 12/12/19 at 8:29 pm to Jake88

- That accidentally gives left-wing the power to pick leader
- They choose Corbyn ... who has led party to historic defeat

Honestly Boris Johnson is god awful and as an American I can't believe he was elected.....but even now I see foreign interference of bots spreading lies about statistics and just simply at the Labour Party.
Idgaf what you vote for. Make sure those votes are paper and count them.

as an outsider looking in, this looks fake as frick
boris johnson has been one of the most critically panned prime ministers in your history and somehow labour votes went dramatically down in nearly every single voting district in the country?
would bet my life it's rigged

Scroll down if you want to see the map. England will be largely blue due to the Tory landslide with some red for Labour. Scotland will be largely yellow due to the gains of the SNP.

I'm watching the coverage now on BBC, the newscaster is ripping the Labour person being interviewed a new one right now.

Thanks. What are the most conservative areas in the UK?
England looked mostly on the 2017 map as well.

Easy US comparison is Labour = Democrats and Tories = Republicans.
But they, for the most fault, skew left so really Labour = Bernie Sander and the Squad and Tories = 90’s Bill Clinton
Thatcher and Enoch would scoff at the Tories these days.

Historically Southern and Western England, save for London, have been strongholds for the Conservative Party. However, you will see a lot of blue tonight in Northern England, which is traditionally Labour, because those areas voted to leave the EU and Labour's leadership has balked at leaving the last 3 years.

It was like that in the US until like 1988 when they figured out red was the commie color and it would blow the Democrats cover so they switched the Republicans to it.

At one time the Liberal Democrats were the third largest party in the UK.
Now they hold only one seat more than a party which supported terrorism in Northern Ireland and doesn't even show up to take its seats.

For the only red in the North of England to be in what looks like the Sunderland area of Tyne and Wear is absolutely astonishing. That's a red wall in years past.
