People who simply view many of us as Trump-or-die folks came with this as the “argument winner of the day”. It’s all over social media and I have only one social media account. I can only imagine what FB looks like today.

What I was trying to say is that social media may have assumed such a large role in speech that they can’t act as freely as ordinary private business.

It was a barely baked thought at the time. It’s still only half baked.
