I assume the two seats that were "stolen" were Gorsuch and ACB. If McConnell doesn't hold up Garland's hearings then he likely gets that seat. So be it.

But they are trying to argue both sides. If Garland should have been confirmed then you can't argue against ACB being confirmed. If you say they should have waited and let the next president replace RBG then you can't make the argument that waiting for the next president to fill Scalia's vacancy was wrong. You get one or the other.

If the roles were reversed, is their anyone with an IQ above single digits that does not believe that the Dims would have done the same exact thing the Republicans did?

If a Republican had been in office and nominated someone in mid-March to replace a left-wing judge (opposite of Garland situation), but the Dims controlled the Senate -- Does anyone have ANY F*CKING DOUBT that Dingy Harry or Slimebag Schumer would have blocked the nomination?

Similarly, if sHitlary had won in 2016 and the Dims had the Senate, is there anyone who has at least half a f*cking brain that wouldn't believe that sHitlary would have nominated someone and Schmucky would have confirmed ANY FAR LEFTWING WHACKJOB nominee even if Ginsburg had died in late December. Schmucky would have had that nominee sworn in prior to the January 1.


And, REMEMBER, it was the DIMS who invoked the nuclear option to get Odumbf*ck's FAR, FAR, FAR leftwing SCUMBAGS appointed to the D.C. Circuit court. McConnell told them that they would regret it sooner than they thought.
