Did wikileaks hack govt computer or did it simply provide a place to disclose/report on the information received from confidential sources?

The charges are that Wikileaks assisted Bradley Manning with hacking the computer.

I can’t keep up with the amount of flip flopping from the Democrats. Two years ago it was illegal to read WikiLeaks. Now he is a symbol of press freedom.

Remember when CNN and NBC told eveyone that simply reading wiki leaks was a federal crime so no one should read it but they would read it and tell you what to think?

Have never read anything supporting that charge. Also, a very effective way to plug leaks and hide gov criminality is to imprison the leakers regardless of the exposure of government crimes.
