Every single person wants to be FREE from their peer's CONTROL. Especially 'peers' who are know-it-alls and want to force feed THEIR ideas down the throats of their 'inferiors'.
Heard the guy on Newsmax this morning make a joke re "lizard overlords". This stuff catches on.
Jesus did not ride around in a gold plated carriage, preaching rejection of materialism/status games and service to the "weakest (links) amongst you". The "Lizard Overlords" might consider walking the walk that they seek to impose on their lesser beings if they want cred.
Gore's face belies his underlying disposition; not a happy person. Like BH says "money can't buy happiness, but it can buy a boat".
