This is a very bad idea and will definitely make those numbers unreliable.
We have had a good number of patients with symptoms of this and come back negative. We didn’t believe it so we tested them like 4x... all negative.

If federal disaster or assistance funds are based on numbers of cases, this should invalidate NY and/or NYC from receiving them.

Yep you have commie states like china depressing numbers and it’s pretty clear they are looping off two or three 0s from their numbers and places just refusing to test and then over here you have us making up numbers because liberals are sick individuals.
