His primary defense is "other people did it" and "I had authority but can't demonstrate that I invoked it". Lack of discipline and ego got him in that mess and he's going to be guilty on that one. The rest I think only find him guilty if there's a biased jury. But, on this one, he did it to himself and the worst part might be that he knew there was a double standard in place when he did it.

Trump, as President, can pretty much do as he pleases with regards to his admin's files.
