Trump has been very successful in getting circuit and lower court judges confirmed
I don’t mind one bump in the road on this particular issue
However, the supposedly controversial statements don’t seem too bad to me

On the surface, Scott is wrong on this. However, I have a ton of respect for Scott, so I'm definitely willing to hear his argument and an open to persuasion.
