WASHINGTON – While Muslims jeer, Israelis cheer President Trump’s Jerusalem declaration, prompting Jewish religious activists to suggest building the Third Temple is closer to reality than ever before. “What he did … was an enormous step in bringing the Temple,” said Asaf Fried, official spokesman for the United Temple Movement, an association of organizations working towards making the Third Temple a reality. He added, “This necessarily had to come from a non-Jew in order to bring them into the process, so they will be able to take their part in the Temple.” Fried sees Trump’s role similar to the one played by Cyrus, the Persian king who ended the Babylonian exile and helped build the Second Jewish Temple. “There have been amazing advances towards bringing the Temple this year. It was clear that Trump was part of that process, guided by Hashem (God),” Fried declared. I don't understand. Is that supposed to be a threat?

If so why is it a threat?

The 3rd temple has already ben built.

John 2:13

13And the Jews' passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem, 14And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: 15And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables; 16And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise. 17And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. 18Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? 19Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. 20Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? 21But he spake of the temple of his body. 22When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said

1 Corinthians 6:19
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?

Not significant in relation to OP. OP is speaking of fulfilled prophecy. The emphasis should read "3rd Temple" more than "Trump declaration"

The support that Trump is putting behind Israel will embolden other countries and thus the 7 years treaty. But the rebuilding of the Temple is a must.

Jesus's resurrection is the fulfillment of the 3rd temple.

There is also a physical temple referred to in revelations. The one that the antichrist goes into and declares himself god. Any physical temple built by the Jews will obviously be wicked as Jesus already established God’s temple into every believer. There is no burnt offerings to be made after Christ, and even if there were, no man can prove himself a bonafide descendant of Levi.

I have no doubt they will eventually build a physical temple, but no one should rejoice in it, because it is not of God. As a Christian, no one should rejoice in a Jewish state of Israel either. Our new Jerusalem on earth that we look forward to is a heavenly one established by God after the great white judgement.

Temple will be rebuilt and everything used inside is already been made. If you go on a holy land tour you can they take you to see all of it. Jews want to restart the sacrificial system. Prophecy says the anti-Christ will eventually ban the sacrifices, walk into the temple and declare himself as the only god that is real.

Interesting eschatological tidbit: in Islamic understanding, the "anti-Christ" is likely the Jewish messiah, and Jesus is supposed to return to Earth to slay him. Weird stuff, man.
