Trump's court cases: have they had chance to present their evidence in a complete fashion?
Posted by RoosterCogburn585 on 1/20/21 at 7:41 pm2023
So I know the libs love to throw out that Trump was 0-1 million, or whatever number they want to throw out, in his court cases. Was there ever an actual instance where they were actually allowed to present their evidence in a complete fashion and it was shot down? Or were all the cases thrown out on technicalities, like not having standing, laches, etc?

Many cases are ongoing but there can be no real remedy.

So if they find 100% proof that this whole thing was a sham, it no longer matters? In a legal sense they are unable to actually do anything?

Hmmmmm....I was gonna say that's kind of a major slip up on the founding fathers part, but I guess they never envisioned a situation where every single branch of government would be in on something. Where even the candidates own party would have him under fire.

They probably never envisioned multiple state legislatures changing procedure and that the supreme court would refuse to hear it at all

Nobody is going to be looking at the whole election, each situation is a separable action. (more or less)
Nothing is going to change the results because someone has already been sworn in.

The only remedy now is to undo the mechanisms that allowed the big cheats to take place. I think that's target number one.

Well, good luck with that.
Right now the ones in charge of making the changes are looking at that, they are looking for ways to eliminate their enemies once and for all.

Maybe you should hire actual lawyers rather than Kraken spouting hucksters.
Of course, you have to actually pay them and listen to them.

laches was the big one, after all the courts told them to wait until after votes were certified by the states. What a contrived chicken shite show.
How many judges were compromised?

I personally think it was a genius move to bait Dominion into filing a civil suit. All the evidence will have to be presented as opposed to it being shot down before it can be presented, in Trump's cases.

In suits they filed seeking a TRO, one of the things the courts look at is the requesting party’s likelihood of success on the merits.
Not sure what you mean by present their evidence in a complete fashion, but they attached affidavits and exhibits to these TRO filings. The state also submitted their responses with contradictory evidence or argument discrediting the affidavits or exhibits filed by the movers.
The courts reviewed the evidence and denied the TRO. I think one may have been granted regarding preservation of evidence or voting machines.

The problem here is that they didn’t. It was others and NOT the legislatures that illegally changed the rules.

Biden is in control of the military. The court cases will be thrown out and nothing will happen.
