You idiots know nothing about how Economics work. The reason markets have fallen is because the economy is growing too quickly, and we are afraid of inflation. This causes Fed to rase rates, and valuations to fall. Valuations are based on the cost of capital, which goes up as interest rates rise.

Higher cost of capital= less profit, not less revenue

Near zero interest rates and 8-year stagnant wages have been good for investment. The cost of borrowing is nil.

The market is concerned about interest rates rising and wages rising for the first time since pre Obama. This makes the cost of doing business higher, but it’s past time. We can’t go forever with the training wheels and arm floaties they gave obama. It’s time to grow up and do away with the props.

This is a market correction. The corporate tax reductions will help.
