So they could tell you the obvious, that all those charges are bullshite and the trial a political sideshow for the mentally retarded Left?
And that the conviction will be overturned.

I wish someone could ask Justices ACB and Roberts how this makes sense.
ACB....
Mr President, we ruled you have immunity as president but the SCOTUS has also ruled a highly politicized NY corrupt Marxist judge has the green light to sentence you for a bogus lawfare kangaroo court case.

Eff all of these bastards.

to give the media narrative control apparatus their "muh cOnViCtEd FeLoN" talking point.
Will a win in the appeals court void that? Or could they just move to "formerly convicted felon"?
I think he should be suing all that have called him that before today and looking to see if anyone that does after an appeals win.
With him winning this Dem "win" is so petty for them to ride. Such a consolation prize I guess...

Great example of why we need to rethink these laws.

Can DJT pardon himself?
No need to. When January 20th comes, and a REAL lawfare DOJ starts shedding the light of all of these fraud cases, it will be as if they never happened.
Everyone of the cases will end up getting tossed before its over.

This entire bogus and fraudulent ordeal is going to be reversed and outright thrown out on appeal. It was never about putting Trump in prison, it was about the narrative.
The narrative that ultimately HELPED Trump to get elected.

It's an incredible abuse of the justice system and ABC and Roberts allowed it.
I agree. If there is a legitimate due process and/or equal protection claim - which to my limited knowledge on this stuff there most certainly appears to be - then how does it serve justice to wait till the state appeals process works out. Especially given that the State is the one violating the rights of the defendant.
On the other hand, I guess that could open up a can of worms that no one would really like. Where federal courts routinely question and overturn state court convictions before the entire process is complete.

Ohh it very much is a abuse. I think they are seeing in the manner of disagreements you are to go up the appealate chain. Which in a sane social/politcal climate this gets thrown out.

Its getting overturned on appeal. There was no need for the ussc to intervene. You all just arent happy unless you're bitchinv about something

Ftr in most states and with federal charges you can vote after off probation. Prolly can get his gun rights back pretty quick too

100%, either someone is a threat where they can’t be in public or give them their rights back. It’s pretty simple really. Complete government over reach
But voting rights are already restored once off probation/parole. Gun rights depends on state but fed charges never go away
