About as much sense as seat belt laws.
If you are driving your Chevy Suburban 25mph in a residential area you will get a ticket for not wearing your seat belt, because it is dangerous.

Yes. Can't appeal until there s a conviction. I guess MAGA wanted the whole thing thrown out. Trump's had a good 2024 and will in 2025. This is just a pothole along the way.

Come January 20th, a lot of lawyers behind these bogus charges are going to be pretty busy saving their arse. I'd bet Merchan retires before 2025 ends.
