Anybody that changes the name of the once storied Cleveland Indians to the Cleveland Guardians should not be running for the United States Senate representing the Great People of Ohio. The Atlanta Braves didn’t change their name, and the Florida State Seminoles didn’t change their chant, but Cleveland has, and they were there first. Despite this, a man named Matt Dolan, the son of the owner of the team, said he is against Cancel Culture. Do those two things really work together? In any event, I know of at least one person in the race who I won’t be endorsing. The Republican Party has too many RINOs!

Problem is many start out fine, but power corrupts.

And cash too. Cash corrupts someone quickly

Term limits would fix this.

We are ashamed of ours! BILL CarseIDY is a disgrace to our state. And he keeps running his mouth about the infrastructure bill being good for us...we know what ain't good for us, Bill!
Wish I'd see him face to face one day so I can look him in his beady little eyes and tell him what a vile creature he really is.

What would stop every short term politician from selling out worse when they know they are about to term out anyhow? The whole system sucks because of the types of characters it attracts

The main people in Washington who are the problem are the ones who have been there for decades. The longer you’re there the more money, power and influence you gain. Sure they’ll still be some corrupt a-holes if we had term limits but at least they won’t have the luxury of remaining there for years on end benefiting only themselves at our expense. Doesn’t matter anyways. Term limits are never gonna happen.

I know y'all aren't as familiar with him, but a perfect example of your statement is Oklahoma Senator James Lankford (R).

Tom Coburn retired (and he was a legit, solid Senator for us), and someone needed to step up to fill his shoes. Enter Lankford. Young, promising, strong track record, fiercely conservative, exactly what we needed...

The moment his plane touched down in DC, he stepped off the flight and fell face first into the swamp, where he now willingly resides. When Congress reconvened after the November election, Lankford rushed across the floor to be the first to congratulate Harris on her "victory".

frick all these treasonous swine.

America cannot and will not be fixed until after which time a thorough purge of government offices has been carried out.

Yes he is....and nothing we can do about it. He is a lame duck, and he does NOT care about one person in this state....

And I voted for him!

Embarrassed.

Also, need to stop letting pass laws we have to abide, but they don't. Healthcare and insider trading definitely being a couple of those things. They need to be probed deeper than the average American.
