I actually wasn't being intentionally misleading. I remembered hearing that his sentence was shockingly short for what he did, so I looked it up and saw 21 years.
After you pointed out that he'll stay longer, I looked it up and now see that they can (and probably will) continually tack 5 years on to his sentence b/c he will clearly still be a danger to society.

Dude deserves to be released, he was being harassed by 2 guys for like half a mile walking down the street and the dude was shoving a camera in his face and put his hands on Rocky so he beat the hell out of him. I woulda done the same thing, when a guy tells you to leave him alone, leave him alone. Dont put your hands on him and shove a camera in his face.
