And yes, felony conduct is sufficient grounds for impeachment, even if the statute of limitations has lapsed; see the impeachment of Judge Porteous.
There also will be Russia involvement too. Yeah right, Trump didn't know what was going on in that meeting.
In any event, there will be more than enough in Mueller's report to justify Trump's removal from office for all but the intentionally blind.
