Trump Question

So I know you baws feel the same as me regarding Trump, save a few grown dependents. With that in mind, I have an honest question that I am wrestling with. Prior to Trump becoming our President he was a registered democrat. If he hadn’t switched sides would you still give him your vote?
I ask because I wouldn’t have voted for him initially, so what would I do now? I truly am conflicted. How would the media portray him?
Liberals how would you vote if he was still a democrat?

Trump is an aristocrat democrat, but first an opportunities. He would have been a member of the black panther party if that was the route he had to take to get elected.
He just tells people what they want to hear and they love him.

No
Anyone who can attach a D to their name now doesn't deserve my vote.

If we didn’t have 3 1/2 years of Trump doing what he said he would do we might believe you.

He gets shite done. You must not be paying attention.

He might have been a Democrat, but he's not a raging nutjob.

I will not vote for anyone who is not pro-life. I voted for but did not work for DJT the first time around. I have mobilized multiple people for the re-election.
If he never changed parties I would not have voted for him because the opportunity to do so would never had happened.

Don’t care what his party is. He and JEB are obviously not in the same party!
If he governs the same who cares?
But would the MSM treat him better? No! He’s not governing like a socialist libtard.

Donald Trump was registered as a Democrat from 2001-2009. Prior to that, he was a Republican for at least 12 years and 10 years since with about 2.5 years of Independent sprinkled in.
So out of all the records we know about:
Republican - 22+ years
Democrat - 8 years (Bush Jr's entire presidency)
Independent 2.5+ years
Basically, he's a Republican who hated George W. Bush, which should be a good thing in everyone's eyes.

It's really difficult to do business in NYC without a D next to your name.

The man genuinely had ideas to help make America a better place (make America great again). His ideas have worked, and the country's standing in the world has improved. Ideas are great and all, but if you're not in position to enact them, they're no better than your ideas or mine.

He just tells people what they want to hear and they love him.
Eddie Rispone may have been the greatest governor we'd ever see, but he didn't convince enough people to vote for him. Therefore, his ideas will never be enacted.
Same situation for Trump. Can't do shite from his office in NY, he needed to win to fix things. The Dem party was still owned by Clinton, he wasn't going to break through. The Republicans were in disarray, he saw the opening and took it.
I suspect we'll eventually see someone jump into the Dem party, because they're full of losers without power now. A legit candidate could probably take that party's voters, and then it's just a matter of getting more votes head-to-head than the opposing Republican. If someone can make it through to November (in another election obviously), it's then a matter of appealing to more voters than your opponent.
Trump's interview from the 80's showed he understood America was in trouble, and had ideas to fix it. Reagan corrected a lot, but as things have drifted bad again over the decades, he finally made the move to act on his beliefs.

Reagan was a Democrat at one time too. People change or parties change around them.

Look at Trump policies...They are the policies of the old Democratic Party to a large extent. Democrats used to be for the working man, Christians, law and order, blue collar, etc...Republicans were corporatists, globalist, open border, etc...Trump turned everything upside down...Republicans and Democrats became the Uni-Party....TRUMP TURNED THAT SH/T UPSIDE DOWN....
VOTE TRUMP....HE IS FOR AMERICANS...AND IF WE GIVE HIM A REPUBLICAN HOUSE AND SENATE IN A LANDSLIDE...IT WILL BE THE GREATEST TIME IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COUNTRY AND THE WORLD....
