Funny it made we think of Peterhof, Peter the Great's winter palace in St. Petersburg.
He built it to overwhelm guests to the power of Russia, it is over the top, makes this Oval Office do over look like an army barracks

The chairs and couches done in a complimenting leather would have been nice.
