Slightly off topic, but it's interesting to see that W. had the highest ratings ever just after 9/11 in January 2003. As horrible as 9/11 was, it's nice to think back to those post-9/11 months when the country was truly unified for a while.

I could be wrong but I assume more people were streaming Trump's address than the others...but I admittedly don't know if those views were included in the ratings OP he referring to.
