The administration should run a report on account balances on the cards and open removal reviews for those that have more than half as months balance left on the cards. All entitlements should be use it or lose it every month and the balance only refilled to the amount they should have at the beginning of the month.
That would be a start. Then verify legal status for all entitlements. The one that are illegal a very likely collecting all entitlements available so that would be the starting spot for auditing legal status.

So 40 million are on SNAP and by every stat I have seen on here roughly 50% of illegal aliens are also on snap. The Biden admin let in 20 million people illegally over the last 4 years and we are now wondering why we have no money? When are we going to actually act like adults and call out the real problem. It isn't people starving in the US, because that isn't happening. It is "feeling sorry" for SNAP recipients, half of which are not here legally, and then finding funding for them. This is a joke. WE are going broke and we are fuct. If this continues we will have entitlements for 80% of a country and NO ONE to pay them.
