Yea you are right it IS dead! When more than 80% of the country demands term limits and the Congress, who is owned by special interest groups and foreign nations like China, refuses we no longer have a real representative government. Just a facade.

How so?
Originally The Constitution allowed for unlimited terms.
We amended it to make it 2 terms. We could amend it to allow Trump to run 2 more times.
