quote:True. But his NIH and CDC issued guidelines that called for shutdowns, masking, etc. There were a few governors that ignored those guidelines. Trump criticized them for it.
He left the shut down authority to the states as he should have.

The only qualifier to that in section 5 had to do with gymnasiums. In section 6 he even says he is doing it in response to the 15 days to slow the spread.
You’re wrong. The wording is plain and clear. It wasn’t long, but Ron did shut down the beaches.

The order you are linking:
ONLY APPLIES TO BROWARD AND PALM, as I have stated.
It is NOT A STATEWIDE LOCKDOWN.
At no time did he ever issue a Statewide lockdown.

1 to 10, how would you rate the culpability for the Covid shitshow for Trump and DeSantis.
1 being BBONDS and DJS level of zero culpability
10 being Fauci level, worthy of imprisonment
Where do you put Trump on that scale?
Where do you put DeSantis?

You can find numerous statements from him and from the media that there was no statewide lockdown of beaches. ON the date of that EO, and the days following.
Or I can read the plain language of the order. I linked it. Read section 5. It’s no big deal. Ron handled Covid better than most. The fact does remain, he did shut down beaches.

All of those agencies weaponized the federal government guidelines against the people.
Oh, and make sure you vote for him, because he's totally going to drain the swamp, this time! He's the only one that can save us!

They should have asked Trump what a federalist is. Guarantee he has no clue.
You think that's some tough definition to know the meaning of?

My beach was never shut down.

So why did you vote for him?
How many times/ways does this need to be explained to you?
A conservative would vote for Trump over Biden because as weak/liberal Trump is as a conservative, he's lightyears better than f'n Joe Biden.
Seriously, why doesn't that make sense to you?

The thing about Trump is he was all over all sides of the issue on Covid and still is. He has never denounced Fauci or said he needs to be held accountable. He still thinks he did a great job. He still thinks the Vax is amazing and saved hundreds of millions of lives and he deserves credit. He gave Fauci a medal and then also said he didn't know about it.
How can you explain this?
How can you explain this?

A conservative wouldn’t vote for someone they hate along with disagreeing with all of his policies.

He thinks he has a gotcha but didn't read the order.
It only applies to two counties.
At no time, EVER, did Ron Desantis ever issue a statewide lockdown of Beaches.
Ever.

I always associate GasLighting with the left. I always thought, well, we are a little better than that.
But this primary cycle has been very eye opening to me. I will never look at "our side" the same again.

I give trump an F. I give DeSantis a C- It doesn’t matter at all to me for 2024. I am wagering there won’t be a global pandemic next term.

Yes he did and he rode his executive order for over a year.

If he’d never gone along with rushing out an unproven experimental mRNA shot there would’ve been no shots to mandate

So why did you vote for him?
The alternative was Biden.
Owned by China. Corrupt to the core. Selling out to the Green faction and Wokeism. Kowtowing to Marxists everywhere.
The choice was easy.
In 2024 there’s no reason to vote for Trump when there’s far superior candidates. The only reason anyone will vote for Trump over a DeSantis or a Vivek is because they’re emotional.

Regarding Covid and Fauci, what exactly should have Trump done?
Be specific.
He should have fired the guy put in place 30 years ago, who for all he knows is a decent person and knowledgeable doctor? Should he have gone on the news and told the world he was more informed than that doctor and he wasn’t going to take his advice? How would that have gone you think?
Should he have just known this doctor had bad intentions or motives, despite having that position for 30 years?
If he fired Fauci, when should he have done it? What date? Who would be his replacement?
I’d like more specifics.
