The grand jury will not be convening this week in the case of Donald Trump's hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.

The new reports come after sources told DailyMail.com that District Attorney Alvin Bragg is having trouble convincing jurors to indict Trump.

While the grand jury will return to court Thursday at noon, the panel will be discussing a different case.

Lock him up!
I’ve been waiting 7 years to say that.
Karma sucks, doesn’t it, Donald?

We’ve got Alvin Bragg about to Indict. We’ve got Fani Willis about to Indict on Racketeering. All we need is Merrick Garland to Indict on Mar-a-Lago and Jan.6, and Trump completes the Criminal Grand Slam.

These two have the sads today.

the whole point is endless investigations.

They will pick it up again when they need it to be in the news.

Costello fricked their world up imo, now they can conveniently say they are worried about security and protests, and put it off a few months, then do some things all over again, then put it off...

endlessly.

I heard this on Fox News late last night.

Thank goodness for a foreign newspaper-The Daily Mail or else everyone would believe Trump wants arrested and shot and he is making this all up for attention- hot garbage.

If they arrest Trump, they open up Pandora's box and then all of them will go down (Fauci Files, White house files)

is this whole case resting on the testimony of lawyers who have already gone to jail for shite surrounding this case and a porn star who already had to pay Trump $300K for shite surrounding this case?

I so want Meathead to have a stroke in front of a TV audience. Now that would be funny.

They can't keep going back to this well because of the SOL right?

pandoras box isn't a legal phrase.

lets take a likely example:

trump is arrested in the MAL case. the charge is obstruction related to lies about whether there were any more docs.
there were, in his desk.

so he's arrested.
the case goes to trial.

how do you open Pandora box to look at "fauci files" specifically.

looks irrelevant to me.
what's the connection to top secret materials, about military topics, in the desk.

Next time you wonder how millions of peaceful Muslims sit there and do nothing as their neighbors bomb and kill, or Russians who hail Putin as he jails his ideological enemies, take a look at your average American democrat.... cheering on the illegal political prosecution of leaders who simply think differently than them.

I'm sure they will do it as long as they can.

I have no clue what the SOL in NY is for this alleged..."crime"

I think they are up against it, but others have said NY has some weird tolling process if the Defendant isn't in NY
