If Trump were to run again but still be banned from Twitter (likely) does that help or hurt him?

Well since the media didn’t report on him fairly and his main source of communication was Twitter, bypassing the media and going direct to the people. Not having that medium and not assuming there is a viable replacement at that time, what would you think? Seems to be pretty clear, but you’re the one posing dumb questions so let us know what’s in your head?
