Pelosi and Trump should be kicked out for laying the groundwork for huge inflation.
I lived through the seventies inflation and it was not fun. It took 20% interest rates to stop it. Imagine your home mortgage interest being in the double digits.
The money supply today is so many times larger and the debt virtually insurmountable I feel we are headed to hyperinflation.

Printing money creates a fake economy. This idea that asset classes should never decline in value to avoid a recession is just crazy.
They have spent recklessly and there is no denying that.
Obama, liberal as he is, never spent any where close to the money Trump and Pelosi is spending.

You should refinance. I did 2 years ago and went from 4.0 to 3.5. I am refinancing now and going down to 2.875

I'm at the point where I don't care. The debt is so out of control, it will never be taken care of. So just make sure you're prepared when this whole thing goes down.
