2014 CPAC straw poll winner with a commanding lead was rand Paul who won in 2013 as well. Lockdown don was at 1% in 2014.
2010 and 2011 cpac poll winner was Ron Paul. I remember his nomination. Oh wait.

I firmly believe that put on a stage next to each other Ron will make Don look old inarticulate and petty.
The only guy who had similar ish positions to trump in 16 was rand and he was extremely low energy for whatever reason in the debates.
No one (including Ron) is going to be swayed away from running by polling a year out from primaries which is why I posted the results from cpac 2014 and 2010

I voted for trump but he’s no longer viable, age alone is enough but we need a more level headed version who quite frankly is so fricking self absorbed.. trump gets the nomination again and the republicans are done
Time for people to appreciate his good qualities and hope he’s willing to better the country as he proclaims by taking a secondary role instead of wanting to watch things burn..

If I had it my way, Trumpists would go out of their way to refrain from mixing it up with Desantisists, not crowing, not picking. And if/when that group does so, snuff it out. But I won’t have my way, sooooo.
