No, but there should be a watchdog group in Congress that keeps a tight check on spending.

Who the hell said that? Ken, you’re hallucinating again. Get help.

The only thing at Area 51 these days are toxic waste pits. All of the spook stuff has been moved to Dugway. Large site and more secure.

Of course. It's the specifics that are tricky...

Tough question to answer if we don't know about them because they have been prevented. But that is also a good cover to inflate the actual number if they want so I guess it could go either way.

they have as much right to know, as they have to know the names of all foreign assets (spies) in hostile areas.

I've always believed Area 51 and other places exist to get large amounts of money off the books and away from sufficient transparency so it can be split amongst those who rule and their benefactors.

Do you have Direct TV? By my count there are 214 regular shows every day about aliens and ghosts. They should answer your questions.

DOD Budget

DARPA Budget

It's all included in these two links. Consider anything listed as classified or advanced technology research to be taking place at one of the restricted bases.

These are the same in your mind?

I bet you are ok with the federal govt dictating how much water you use to flush your toilet, but we can’t know how our money is spent?
