Tired of the news and Democrats saying

Trump sought to “investigate his political rival”. That premise needs to be rejected flatly, because it implies that Trump wanted to investigate Biden because of their political rivalry (which really doesn’t even exist because they’ve never run against each other, and it’s not clear they even will), instead of the fact that just maybe the Biden’s were doing some shady things in the Ukraine. It’s just such a silly line. That and their other line that the President seeks to “influence the next election for his benefit”, which they are actively doing now. It’s just nuts.

What you have is the DNC and the media propping up “sleepy” Joe as an actual potential candidate just so they can use that line.

The Dems are blatantly saying that if you are running for office, you are free to do what ever you want and never be held accountable.
Just like the Dems keep pushing that Trump has nothing to worry about if he is innocent. The same should be said for Joe and Hunter. If innocent, nothing to worry about.

Not sure who is downvoting you but you’re absolutely correct.

Warren and Bernie weren’t doing shady shite in the Ukraine as far as I know. They weren’t being investigated. They’re as much of a “political rival” as Biden at this point.

Biden did wait for Hunter to step down from Burisma before he entered the race. It’s like we’re watching the crime in reverse, and the corrupt are being supported by our own media

quote:why would hunter step down though? If it’s all good, he should’ve stayed on the board. Him leaving is an admission it’s inappropriate if his dad is a high ranking executive branch elected official.

If the legacy media weren’t completely in the tank for the DNC and Biden, they would ask him about this obviously contradicting stance

If Trump is the big narcissist that the dems (and most of us, I would think) claims that he is, there is no way he had any fear of running against him if the possibility arose in the 2020 general election. Trump might be many things but stupid is not one of them. I believe that this whole thing is and was about corrupt politicians and access to money through the Ukraine corrupt channels. And this is just one country getting US aide. As blatant as the Biden corruption appears to be, Trump could have easily gone for some other yet functionary type politician in our House or Senate. However, the functionary didn't have the title of VP so was not as likely to be able to swing as big a stick as the Biden team was able to swing. They are all dirty to me but this Biden things just reeks of arrogant, blatant corruption.

There are proper channels to follow to ferret out corruption. Had they been followed, all of this could have been avoided.

Horse shite
If not this farce then it would be something else. That is why we cannot see the whistleblower because knowing who he is and how he and schiff's staff cooked this up would gut this.
Nothing Trump did was "outside proper channels".
just more nondescript innuendo bullshite

Then why don’t you explain what should have been sone to handle this “properly”?

So they are admitting Hillary got a pass solely because she was their candidate.
How refreshingly honest of them for once.

Well, then why didn't Trump investigate Biden the 2 years before? Why did he allow Ukrainian aid to flow before then?
It's just a coincidence that as soon as Biden declares for president, this becomes a pressing issue? Yeah right.

uh - I believe Trump referred him to our Attorney General = Bill Barr.
What is a more proper channel>>

Biden had not announced at that time - had not even declared any intent to announce.

I would assume if an American is engaging in corrupt practices in another country, you would start with the state department, then the justice dept.
I’m not having the same argument i had three months ago. I’ll find a thread and link it.

So you prefer them to lie because it makes you feel better and fits your narrative. At least you are honest about it good for you.
