That may have occurred during the “election“ of *President Biden, IF a foreign country intervened on his behalf to throw the election. If not, and fraud did occur (which is what I believe happened), then that would be sedition.
This would be a slide into communism, as Democrats would pretty much guarantee themselves election wins whenever they were needed (otherwise, the optics of a two party system must be upheld).

Not a chance this is in there. No way this would escape Fox or other conservative news reporting companies.

I don’t know what else I can do. I gave Cassidy and Kennedy an earful.

The election districts would not be federalized, they would simply have to be drawn up by non-partisan statisticians.
And I like the 6-1 match. It would reduce the influence of lobbyists and all sorts of people like that.
However the crazy insance "let non citizens vote" idea is BLATANTLY unconstitutional. There is NO WAY the SCOTUS says that is a-ok and believe me there will be challenges to this law. And how.

Oates - Will you tell me if I’m misinformed, please? Read the summary. Listen to Congresswoman from FL about it:
Kat Cammack (R) - FL

IDK, but this excerpt from the summary seems to suggest it doesn’t need 60 votes; just 50. I wouldn’t think completely changing the language in a bill already voted on would be allowed but who knows
To even bring a bill in the Senate up for debate, you need 60 votes. That's why the original bill from the House has never even been debated. You also need 60 votes to end debate and bring it up for a final vote.
This NASA gambit only allows them to bypass the first 60 vote requirement to start debate. 60 votes (or a change in the filibuster rules) would still be necessary to end debate and bring it up for a final vote.

House passed the bill for NASA, which sent it to the Senate. Senate passed the bill for NASA (which is the key part here) at which point it went back to the House.
Why did it go back to the house? If both chambers pass it then it goes to Biden

Clearly, they made changes to the House bill.

What does NASA have to do with voters rights.

Once back to the House, instead of voting to accept the Senate changes, they stripped it of all NASA language and put in the Vote Theft language, passed it and it's back to the Senate where the "changes" to the previously passed bill can go straight to debate.
It will still need 60 votes to end debate and go to final passage.

Great question. It’s deception - read the summary linked.

You can’t believe this is how it would work. Right?

Probably the same non-partisan people that would weigh in on expanding the court and the filibuster.
I remember reading a book by Grisham (the Judge, perhaps) where he was talking about the evils of voting in State Justices and finished by commentating that we need to have non-partisan committees chooses our judges instead of leaving it up to the voters. After he just spent an entire book making the Republican running for judge out to be a corrupt, dumb, and easily controlled oaf. While the democrat judge was a fair and just judge.

If it passes, do you think that constitutionality case will be concluded before mid-term elections?
if it passed, there’d probably be a convention of states before that happened. federalizing elections is declaring war on your populace

They voted for what was in the original NASA bill. When it got back to the house, the democrats stripped most of the NASA stuff and replaced with the voting rights stuff. Kept the same name and now says “well, it passed the senate didn’t it?”
