This worries the hell out of me, Daines to return to vote on private plane

It ain't like Hillary's bunch hasn't taken out planes before. She's got more confirmed kills than the fricking Red Barron.

Couldn't the Senate suspend the rules or something to allow the guy to give proxy or phone in the vote for a situation like this? I think this should be proposed just to see if some Dem a-hole would argue against it. He's not on the fence, so why not let the guy enjoy his kid's wedding??
