It's kind of funny though. You are focusing on the historical context behind the "why" and in the thread I linked I was focusing on the why at this current time.
I just wish he was more precise than just "deep state". I guess we can infer George Soros and DNC NGOs like the Atlantic Council and even GOP NGOs like the McCain Institute.

Maybe it's bio-labs. I'm not sure if these biolabs are the ones that had Russian-killing birds or not.

Isn't Metabiota the contractor that was paying for DNA samples of ethnic Russians.. and ONLY ethnic Russians.. for "medical research" in these biolabs?

The Western media would have you believe Russia is about to collapse; yet Russia has one of the lowest Debt to GDP ratios on the planet while everyone fighting Russia is damn near in the top 10 of most debt.

I look at this and Russia's "allies" and see they are far more ready for a prolonged conflict that anyone realizes.
Ukraine will run out of blood before Russia runs out of money and humans.
