What's done is done.
China has, on a global grand strategy level, out-maneuvered the USA. China knew that it could not deal a serious blow to US military supremacy, so they did not take that course of action. China also knew that direct economic confrontation also would not be successful. But, China knew that the USA has plenty of powerful business and political leaders who are looking to accumulate what I call "generational wealth." Generational wealth is enough wealth such that even your Great-Grandchildren will be born of wealth, prestige, luxury, refinement and, most important of all -- elite social standing.
Around 1989 or so, China began its "soft offensive" of currying influence with those who were willing to "sell out" US manufacturing to China. It took about 30 years for China to put the USA in this adverse strategic situation, but, here we are.
Enjoy it, USA. China paid for it.

Well I thought they were saviors? I guess not any more! This is why Clinton lost the last election! Good move before it would have crashed this country big time. I mean with the problem with illegal immigrants getting into America easily was a huge problem and now things are turning around to slow that down to prevent any more problems.
