They can’t...but they are putting it out there that the Bidens have some shady shite in China...and the referenced the Fox News info regarding the emails and the authenticity.

It’s pretty clear that Biden stole that from Trump. I mean, they aren’t wrong there.
The issue is that Trump has earned the right to respond that way when the media still insists Trump refuses to condemn white supremacy, but there’s video evidence of him doing it like 2 dozen times.
Joe on the other hand has been confronted with a legit concern that requires a response.
As always, context is important.
