Because those cells are under recorded video surveillance 24/7. If there is no video, or there were technical issues, etc., then I think it proves this was a hit by someone.

Not only that. In a normal cell suicide is damn near impossible - there just isn’t somewhere to hang yourself or something to do it with.
I have to think in the “watch-at risk” area it would be even more difficult.
