If you’re not stopping them from jumping the border, you’re inviting them. And I’d you’re going to invite them, then you ought to distribute them fairly throughout the country. Let’s see how this unfolds.

Talk to any Democrat and they all think this is inhumane. You ask them a following question if its the responsibility of the Border states to find housing and have funding for this crisis and they shrug their shoulders.
Everyone has a plan till you get punched in the face ask Mayor Adams.
This unfortunately is the only way to get people to understand how serious of a problem this is.
People are saying Martha's Vineyard folks will get cheaper labor out of the deal but most people don't realize that Prog Dems are more racist than anyone in lots of cases. This situation won't work for them and I enjoy seeing it.

If it didn’t impact my state directly, I’d laugh. As it stands, I’m past the point of anger. The federal government has abrogated its primary responsibility to its citizens; the failure to secure our border is intentional.
I’m hoping (and fully expecting) to see Gov. Abbott cite state war powers and activate and deploy all Texas National Guard units to the southern border, with specific orders to the commanding officers to detain and return illegal immigrants back across the border, turn back illegal immigrants to Mexico at the border, and defend (with force if necessary) against Cartel operatives, human traffickers, and drug mules moving deadly fentanyl and narcotics into American towns and communities.

Especially when 100k+ are crossing the border a month.

Most people are clueless about the costs associated with becoming the home of thousands of illegals. They may get their grass mowed more cheaply, but they’re not going to like what happens in their schools, hospitals/clinics, and having to grow their village police department tenfold, etc., etc.
