I don’t know who is pulling the strings, but they have won. We are divided and there is no indication that anything will unite us. Even an awesome moment like launching our own astronauts for the the first time in a decade held our attention for all of an hour or so. I doubt even a continued mission to Mars would cause the country to unite in pride. Somehow, someone would be offended by the whole thing and it would be as political as anything else.
We could probably be fricking invaded by Russia or China right now and rather than uniting against them, we’d debate left vs right whether they deserved to invade us for some past offense.
I am definitely bitching and probably being dramatic, but I just have never felt so hopeless about our Nation.

The thing is, stuff like this is going on all over the world. But we have been very spoiled here in America. But again, this is all prophecy. This is the beginning of the end, right here.

I feel ya’, dude. I’ve been terribly depressed about our country’s predicament all week long. So sad to see the greatest nation ever just pissed away seemingly overnight. I’ve got two young children and suddenly haven’t a clue what kind of country they’ll grow up in. Seeing police and servicemen bow to these mobs kills me, man. The good guys lost. There was lots of tough talk, but seems nobody did shite. I hear ya’.

Speak for yourself. Don't believe the lies. I knew people that it took a lot to make them mad. But when they got mad,you better have someone with you to pull them off. Chistianity is holding people back. Rightfully so. China and the New world order is trying to start a race war. We shouldn't help them succeed. Have faith.

What’s crazy, despite my original OP, is right here in good ole Tuscaloosa, AL, things are peaceful and normal. I went into a gas station on the west side of town today, was the only white guy in there, but nobody gave me any problems. One guy (black guy) waited a couple seconds to hold the door for me. And I did the same for someone else on the way out.
Sunday I went out for a nice family stroll on the River Walk, and people of all ages and races were out walking. Everybody was friendly, it was great.
So I definitely need to keep things in perspective. The chaos is mainly in a few cities. But I do worry that something could start up here in my hometown and then Id lose all hope.
