Just because many on this board do not like your opinions does not mean you are not allowed to post here. Echo chambers do not allow alternative view points.

Need more proof? Look at your upvotes/downvote totals as well as those of the OP. If you want to see a real echo chamber, take a visit to DU or Reddit, where our most liberal posters caught the axe within days for not being progressive enough.

I’d love to. I have attempted to many times. But I’m too old and too busy to spend my time being called groomer, pedo, libtard, etc. by anyone. And if you’re being honest, that’s exactly what happens on this forum.

Being downvoted and kicked off a message board are clearly 2 different things. You can get downvoted to hell on the football and recruiting board if you criticize a LSU coach, player or recruit. But unless you just become belligerent I doubt you will be banned.
My presumption would be on this board if your criticize Trump you will be downvoted, if you use non-PC terms for queers you may get a warning? But only 1 group/subject is off-limits for criticism. And that’s the same for any social media site.

Everyone has a voice here no matter how wrong they may be. (SFP for example).

The admins aren't very intrusive to my knowledge. I'd say a decent percentage of the rank and file here would happily drum some folks out of here

FYI, Reddit is cesspool for political discussion with anyone with views other than socialist orthodoxy. Here, I'm referring to all the name calling from republicans towards republicans with a slightly different view point. I guess you just have never observed that.

But a 20-25% viewpoint in the US is the viewpoint of 90% of this board. So it may not be an echo chamber, but a minority position has a complete stranglehold.
