It's not an echo chamber but there is very little leeway given for someone who says anything critical, no matter how small, of Trump. Outside of that topic though there is a lot of open discussion.

Okay. Generally speaking there may be some truth to that, but I read the post I responded to to mean this was uniquely or predominately something MAGA superfans are experiencing.

I've participated in these threads since 2020. While conservative, I have not been in lockstep with the clear majority that participate here, and it's not like I ever hold back - I enjoy the more heated exchanges. Not only have I never been banned, but I've never gotten any sort of "cool it" message from mods. You've got to be posting some pretty stupid shite to get the attention of the people running this site.

All new leftist posters are bots and paid trolls. This place gets spidered regularly so this is a good place for them to post. It gets back to their employers so they can get paid as well as getting pushed to google.

I doubt there are any dem plants getting paid to post here but yes the Biden admin/harris campaign have supposedly paid social media influencers thousands of dollars a month. It’s really no different than affiliate marketing when people have x amount of followers where they can push a product , instead they have people spewing misinformation and attacking the opposition.

I don’t know if it qualifies as an echo chamber or not, but there are definitely people here who automatically dismiss and downvote any real criticism of Donald Trump. I don’t think anyone should be above criticism. Even though I will 100% vote for him, there are things that Trump can be fairly criticized on, but some here won’t accept that.
