The progressives and leftists just know that Trump is guilty.
They don't know what he's guilty of...but they know he's guilty.
So this little farce of an investigation will become increasingly bizarre in an attempt to prove, something.
What requires no evidence? Thought crimes.

So now even motive shouldn't count against Trump? Makes you wonder why we even have distinctions for things like first degree vs. second degree murder if a person's mindset should never count for anything.
Maybe we should just do away with the notion of crimes, altogether, right? Because we can never prove what a criminal ever actually WANTED?

You're right I don't. But If there were concrete collision or obstruction crimes, one of the many parallel investigations would have leaked it long ago to take trump down by now.
You're only hope is a "process" crime at this point. Which means if there's no investigation, there's no crime.
