If by choice, you mean doing something stupid enough to draw the attention of the police, then yes it is a choice.

should really take a look at the training that these officers receive.

It's not the training, but you're getting warmer.

The gentleman in Mesa do anything stupid enough to draw the attention of police.

You can have the cops called on you for suspicious behavior at any time. God forbid you misunderstand an order or react naturally.

How many have been convicted?

There's a boat load of videos of cops shooting unarmed people.

970 to 980 of those 990 people killed by cops were not "innocent"

And I don't want to live in a country with the number of thugs released to absolutely insure no one innocent is killed

I don't want to live in a country where killing innocent people is a price we pay for "order."

So only people who are armed can be guilty of something?

Have they been convicted of the suspected crime?

I assume you mean a country where purposely killing innocent people is the price for order?

Do you know of any country, outside of communist countries or Marxist banana republics or strict islamic counties where this happens?

Aren't you skipping a few steps? Are any of these suspects who were killed by police on the streets fighting, armed, or resisting arrest? If so, what number of those killed by police actions would fall into that category, as a percentage? Just a rough guess.
