quote:

Whenever Joe Glickman heads out for groceries, he places an N95 mask over his face and tugs a cloth mask on top of it. He then pulls on a pair of goggles.

quote:

In fact, he said, he plans to do his grocery run double-masked and goggled for at least the next five years.

quote:

“I’m in no hurry; why should I be in a hurry?” said Jones, who became fully vaccinated about a month and a half ago. Until New York City reaches a higher level of vaccination — just 40% are completely vaccinated — he believes it is too risky to unmask. “Being around is more important. That’s what counts. I’m an old man — I’d like to be around as long as I can.”

He's vaccinated. Why does he care?

I wish I could see this soy in a grocery store just for the gut-busting laugh.

I don't think he knows that statistics.

If he gets the two shots his chances of coming down with the virus are not nothing but damn close to it.

He's being irrational, but so long as he wants to do that, he's free to do it.

I don't have a problem with people taking precautions for their own health. I have a problem with people then taking their fear and projecting it onto others, desiring more laws and regulations to make others act the same way.

That is their choice. If that makes them feel secure somehow then good for them.

I choose not to do that.

See how easy this is?

Is a retard

On a related note while going to the market yesterday in downtown Orlando some guy was yelling at a girl whose dog chased a duck (no harm). Anyway he was screaming at her. I walked by and said “nice mask” and kept walking.

Frickin triggered soy boy

There has to be some sort of mental disorder with people who dont want to resume normalcy. Probably some form of anxiety where they get hung up on the worst possible scenarios, even if virtually impossible. Its really sad and i blame it on all the media and political scare tactics.

He's nuts. He can wear dress shields, too, if he wants.

Gonna be fun sometime in the future when folks walking into a store armed for BioSafety Level 4 combat are assumed to be robbing the place, like they used to be.

You're missing the point. By his wearing the mask - he's a hero, akin to Audie Murphy on that burning tank destroyer, calling in artillery on his own position until the last possible minute. Not the hero we deserve, just the hero we need right meow.

Our local "news" has been working overtime with stories exactly the same as this. I bet your local "news" is the same. This is called propaganda. It is an intentional narrative meant to brainwash you.

Is this guy not following the science?

Masks don’t protect the wearer. I heard that somewhere.

I think it's great. When people choose to do this, it makes it easy to identify those who live in an alternate reality, and, consequently, avoid.
