- Wealth tax, imposed statewide
- New income surtax, imposed statewide
- Closing all charter schools
- Single payer government healthcare, imposed statewide
- More money for homeless, including homeless shelters in higher income neighborhoods
- Increased property taxes
- An extra $250M from federal taxpayers beyond scheduled funding
